Returns & Refund Policy.
At Egorings, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. Refunds will exclude the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse return postage fees.
To request a return, simply email us at contact@egorings.com using the same email address associated with your order. Please note, we cannot refund original shipping charges or return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund for the item price, excluding shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as Egorings is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address via email.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 21 business days.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@egorings.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive the desired item as quickly as possible.
