You are solely responsible for your use of the Services, including ensuring compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, such as those related to securities, money laundering, and counter-terrorism. You must ensure you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to use the Services, and Egorings is not liable for data loss or damage due to inadequate security or backup on your part.

You must keep your account information, including contact and payment details, accurate and up to date. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (e.g., username, password). Do not share these credentials, and immediately notify Egorings of any unauthorized access or security breaches. Egorings reserves the right to disable accounts or credentials if security is compromised.

While Egorings strives to provide support for the Services, no specific service level or response time is guaranteed.

Paid Services, including one-time purchases and subscriptions (e.g., Products, Site, Mobile App), may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. Pre-Orders are subject to future production, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

By providing a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it, and you authorize Egorings or its payment processor to charge the total amount, including taxes. If your payment method is invalid or cannot be verified, your service may be suspended or canceled until resolved. Billing amounts may vary based on taxes, currency fluctuations, or changes in your Paid Services or promotional offers.

By providing your contact details, you consent to Egorings and its affiliates contacting you via phone, email, text, or other methods, including automated systems, for notifications, account updates, promotions, billing, and other service-related communications. You are responsible for any charges from your service provider. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

Egorings trademarks, products, and Services are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are not granted any license to use Egorings trademarks or third-party trademarks displayed within the Services without express written permission.

All content associated with Egorings, including the Site, Products, Mobile App, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display this content without permission from Egorings.

If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, Egorings may use this feedback without obligation, attribution, or compensation.

Egorings warrants the product to be free from material and workmanship defects for one (1) year from the original purchase date. During this period, we will repair or replace defective components at no charge, though you are responsible for transportation costs. Replacement items may be new or refurbished, at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

(i) Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)
(ii) Consumable parts like batteries (unless damaged due to defects)
(iii) Damage from improper use or failure to follow instructions
(iv) Damage from accidents, misuse, floods, or fires
(v) Unauthorized repairs or tampering
(vi) Use with software other than the official mobile app

Egorings reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion. This is your exclusive remedy under the warranty. Warranty repairs or replacements come with a new warranty of either 90 days or the remainder of the original one-year warranty, whichever is longer.

Egorings products, including the ring and app, are not medical devices and are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information provided through the ring and app is for informational and general wellness purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

The app and ring are intended for use by healthy adults in stable environments. They have not been tested for use in individuals with diabetes or other health conditions. Always consult a physician before making any changes to your sleep, activity, or health routines based on the information provided by the services. If you experience pain, discomfort, or other symptoms after making changes, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Egorings is not liable for any health issues that arise from using the information provided.

The use of Egorings products and services does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare relationship. For any medical concerns or emergencies, contact a healthcare provider or call emergency services (e.g., 911).

Precautions for Use:

• Avoid catching the ring on fixed objects.
• If you experience redness or irritation while wearing the product, remove it immediately. If symptoms persist for more than 2-3 days, seek medical advice.
• The product is not a toy and should not be placed in the mouth. It may pose a choking hazard and is not suitable for children.

Egorings does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of results from using the service.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. All services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Egorings, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or other claims arising from your use of the service or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egorings, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or violation of laws.

If any part of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

These terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Egorings. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the services. Egorings reserves the right to terminate your access for breach of terms, and any outstanding obligations will survive termination.

These terms, along with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Egorings, superseding any prior agreements.

We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Egorings reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

No waiver of any term or condition in this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of any other term, nor will it constitute a continuing waiver unless stated in writing.

You cannot assign this Agreement to another party, and any attempt to do so is void.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will stay in effect.

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Egorings, overriding all prior communications or understandings. In case of a conflict between the Agreement and the Privacy Policy, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
