Returns & Refund Policy.

 

At Egorings, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

• Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. Refunds will exclude the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
